Matcha Island Smoothie Bowl from The Healthy Hour
- Blender or food processor
- ¾ cup almond milk
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1 tsp Matcha Live Longer green tea powder

- Juice of 1 lime
