Matcha Highball Cocktail from Food and Wine
- Cocktail shaker
- Collins glass
- 60ml Japanese whisky
- 15ml lemon juice
- 15ml honey syrup
- ¼ tsp Matcha Live Longer Green Tea Powder
- 120ml club soda
- 1 lemon slice for garnish
1. Combine the whisky, lemon juice, honey syrup and Matcha in a cocktail shaker and shake well.
2. Pour over ice in a Collins glass or similar tall glass.
3. Stir in the club soda, garnish with your slice of lemon and enjoy!
